- Mary Ellen Stegenga Added 2017-11-29★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I did not stay there but booked for a friend, P. Gunning. She was pleased with her bed but commented that the communal areas needed upgrading. One major problem was that it was cold - the AC was still on and her thermostat was set at 64 and wouldn't move. She did complain but to no avail. To the request for another blanket she received a king-size counterpane which was heavy but warm. She could not stay there in any comfort except in bed. The halls were cold and maids were in sweaters. I believe she said there was a heater in the lobby.
